Attorney Philip C. Briganti limits his practice to representing debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. Phil earned his J.D. degree from UCLA School of Law in 1983. He also received a bachelor's degree in Psychology at UCLA, where he graduated summa cum laude. He is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
